First of all, Spark People is an amazing website. I've been a member for awhile now, not an extremely active member, but a member nonetheless. I recently discovered these work out videos they have on youtube though. I'm doing the Swimsuit Bootcamp Workout for the next week. At least I did this one, day one, tonight. It's tougher than I thought it would be. I'm slightly clumsy and uncoordinated though, so it may be easier for other people. Ten minute workouts work out for people like me. Everyone can fit a ten minute work out in to their day.
